An attorney appears with you

Immigration Interview Representation

Unlike our form reviews, this is real representation: a licensed immigration attorney enters an appearance (Form G-28) and appears with you at your interview — preparing you beforehand, being present throughout, and protecting the record. Available nationwide as a flat-fee, single-interview engagement.

What interview representation includes

Scope

Interview representation is a limited-scope engagement for the interview identified in your agreement. It is not full representation of your underlying case unless separately agreed, and no attorney can guarantee an outcome.

Frequently asked questions

Will the attorney speak for me at the interview?

The officer will ask you the questions directly, and you answer. Your attorney is there to make sure the process is fair — clarifying confusing questions, objecting to improper ones, and protecting the record. This is representation at the interview, not coaching your answers in advance.

Do you file a G-28?

Yes. For interview representation the attorney enters a formal appearance with a Form G-28 for that interview.

Is this available outside Florida?

Yes — interview representation is offered nationwide. The attorney appears in person or by the means the interviewing office allows.

Is this the same as full case representation?

No. This is a flat-fee engagement for the interview itself. If your case needs full representation before or after the interview, we'll scope that separately — and a form-review fee you already paid can credit toward it within 7 days.
