USCIS Interview Representation

Have an attorney appear with you at your USCIS interview — adjustment of status (green card), naturalization, or another benefit interview.

$1,500 flat fee — collected once we confirm we can represent you and you sign the agreement. Government filing fees are separate.

This is limited-scope representation — a licensed attorney appears with you for the interview only, not your entire case. It is a request, not an engagement: we run a conflict check and send a limited-scope agreement (and file a G-28) before any representation begins. Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
