• Payment information — processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive only a confirmation and reference for your transaction.
• Basic technical/usage data from your device and browser needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use your information

To provide the service you requested (review the form(s) you prepared and deliver our written comments), process your payment, communicate with you about your order, meet our professional and legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service, under confidentiality obligations: website hosting and file storage (Vercel), our database (Upstash), transactional email (Resend), payment processing (Stripe), and our practice-management system (Lawmatics). Where a licensed reviewing attorney reviews your submission, they are bound by the applicable duty of confidentiality. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Data security

The site is served over an encrypted (SSL/TLS / HTTPS) connection. Uploaded files are stored in private, access-controlled storage, and sensitive fields are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our recordkeeping and legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing email, by contacting us below. Some records may be retained where retention is required by law or professional rules.
