Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our fee is a flat, non-refundable fee, collected before work begins. This policy matches the engagement agreement you review and sign before paying.
Non-refundable flat fee
The fee is a non-refundable flat fee, due in full before any work begins. It is earned upon commencement and is not an advance deposit held in trust. Once you submit your completed form(s) for our review, the fee is non-refundable. Because this is a discrete, limited-scope service, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the review has begun.
Government filing fees are separate
Any government (USCIS) filing fees are paid by you directly to the government, not to us, and are not part of, or refundable through, ADLO.DIY.
Questions & billing errors
If you have a question about a charge, believe you were billed in error (for example, a duplicate charge), or if we are ever unable to provide the review you paid for, contact us at intake@americandreamlawoffice.com or (813) 335-4938 (toll-free (888) 963-7326) with your name and order reference, and we will make it right.
