Delivery Policy

A digital service — nothing is shipped

ADLO.DIY is a fully digital service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped by mail or courier. Your deliverable is the attorney's written review comments (and, for our build tiers, a summary of the form you completed).

How you receive it

We deliver electronically — by email to the address on your order (and, where applicable, through the secure link we send). Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.

Timeframe

We typically deliver your written review within 3–5 business days after we receive both your completed form(s) and your payment. More complex submissions may take a little longer; if so, we will let you know. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

If you don't receive it

If you haven't received your delivery in the expected timeframe, contact us at intake@americandreamlawoffice.com or (813) 335-4938 (toll-free (888) 963-7326) and we will resend it.
