Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of adlo.diy and its services, operated by American Dream Law Office PLLC(“ADLO.DIY,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
The service (limited scope)
ADLO.DIY is a limited-scope service. Our core offering is a review of the USCIS form(s) you prepared, checking for completeness, internal consistency, and obvious errors, and confirming you are using the current edition — delivered as written comments. A form review does not include advice on how to answer a question, a determination of whether you qualify, analysis of admissibility or the immigration consequences of criminal or immigration history, preparing or filing your forms, or representation before any agency. Anything outside the defined scope requires a separate written agreement.
No broader attorney–client relationship
A form review creates an attorney–client relationship only for that defined, limited scope. It is not legal advice on your overall case. If your situation needs more, we will tell you to schedule a consultation.
Fees & payment
Fees are flat and shown before you pay. Payment is due in full before work begins and is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card number. Government filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information, to remain responsible for reviewing and filing your own form(s), and to make your own decisions. Our comments are advisory; you decide what to submit.
No guarantee of outcome
We provide competent, diligent service but cannot and do not guarantee any particular result. Immigration decisions rest with the government.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and service are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount of the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited under applicable law or the rules of professional conduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct. Any fee dispute may be submitted to The Florida Bar's Fee Arbitration Program.
