Delete your ADLO.diy account

In the app

1. Open the ADLO.diy app and sign in.
2. Tap the More tab.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email intake@americandreamlawoffice.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my ADLO.diy account”, or call (813) 335-4938. We confirm by email once it is done.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleting your account removes your app sign-in and the link between your email and your reviews. Our team then deletes your other personal data, including your uploaded forms. Signed review agreements and payment records may have to be kept as long as the law and The Florida Bar’s record-retention rules require; we keep them only for that purpose and delete them when that period ends.
